Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Scooter
Carefully place the item back into its original manufacturer's packaging with all manuals and tools included to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned product, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
